Buddy Zarbock
President
Buddy Zarbock began his professional career at IBM after receiving his Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah in Business Communications and an MBA from Westminster College. Over the next few years at IBM he received cutting edge training allowing him to craft and hone his business expertise.
With the skills acquired at IBM, he went on to become manager/owner at Plumbers Supply Company where he helped the firm grow into one of the largest wholesale distribution houses in the Western US. This success led to the sale of the firm to the Wolesely Company (WOS). One of the world’s largest wholesale companies. After the merger, he worked with WOS assisting in growing new branches, product lines and emerging markets.
Buddy has worked with and been a minority owner of other industry leading finance companies where he served as a Marketing Manager and Vice President.
He is devoted to the advancement of the commercial finance industry and has chaired industry conferences and is currently serving as chairman of the AACFB Education Committee.
Buddy founded Commercial Funding Partners, LLC (CFP) in 2012 and serves as its president. There he funds businesses into profitable growth. These actions have created a loyal customer, broker and vendor following. He currently resides in Utah with his wife, five children and many grandchildren enjoying skiing, open-water swimming, squash, reading and mountain biking.
Traci Dolphin
Executive Vice President
Credit and SyndicationsAs a graduate of Utah State University, Traci began her career in the mortgage industry. This vast experience of over 20 years translated easily into the business finance industry. She started in sales and quickly secured volume and loyalty from her customers. She has since moved over to the credit side and now serves as the EVP of credit and syndications for CFP. If there is a way to creatively structure a transaction, Traci has a knack for balancing the needs of customer cash flow, story, and the demanding needs of Credit Markets.
Traci resides in Utah with her family and is most often found in her gourmet kitchen, doting over her 4 children, or in the stands enjoying their high school and college athletics.
Libby Johnson

Business DevelopmentLibby Johnson has nearly two decades of experience in the lease and finance industry, beginning in 2004. During that time, she has successfully secured over three-quarters of a billion dollars in equipment and project funding. Her expertise has been integral to the success of hundreds of growing companies. Fusing the complex needs of clients with the everchanging credit markets is a challenge that requires world-class capabilities. Libby possesses a rare talent and has demonstrated those abilities year after year. She launched her career in Napa and Sonoma Valley where she enjoyed 15 years at the upper levels of the wine industry. Soon after, she entered the field of commercial finance, quickly working her way to the top of this industry as well. Libby has developed, managed, and mentored multiple sales floors, leading her teams to impressive results. To say she has been instrumental in enhancing the sales careers of many successful sales professionals in this challenging industry would be an understatement.
Bailey Turner
Senior Vice President
Market StrategiesAn entrepreneur from a very young age, Mr. Turner always had a mind for business. In his twenties he started, grew and sold several small businesses. When he found the equipment finance industry he discovered his passion and his life took on a whole new trajectory. Bailey believes that all business is based upon relationships. This is evidenced by the fact that 90% of his customer base has secured multiple schedules. Bailey has funded hundreds of millions of dollars over the past 12 years that he has been involved in the equipment finance industry.
Bailey lives in Utah with his wife and 6 children. In his free time, he can be found riding his Harley, skiing, cheering for his sons in various athletic endeavors, and traveling with his family.
Kira Jones
Documentation Manager
Kira Jones is the Documentation Manager for Commercial Funding Partners. She has been in the Equipment Finance Industry for over a decade and loves it. Currently, she runs the documentation team and manages operational needs from inception through the end of the term. During her time in the industry, she has been a part of the ground floor growth for several equipment finance companies and has helped to document and fund hundreds of millions of dollars in equipment. She is driven by a desire to learn and grow; this has proven to be a great strength through the years as she has learned different funding strategies and researched hundreds of types of equipment. She is a mother of three and loves camping, board games, and doing hair.
