Introducing Brian Walker, National Sales Manager at CFP

In November 2016, Commercial Funding Partners (CFP) welcomed Brian Walker as the National Sales Manager. In this role, Walker will originate equipment lease transactions directly with customers as well as develop mutually beneficial relationships with professionals in all areas of commercial finance.

“I am thrilled to have brought Brian onto our team,” said Buddy Zarbock, Vice President of CFP. “His background and experience in corporate finance is some of the best I’ve seen in the industry. He has already proven to be a meaningful asset in the short amount of time that he’s been here.”

With over 10 years of experience and millions of dollars funded, Walker has worked on virtually every type of equipment finance transaction.  He has helped fund deals from small, family-owned businesses with under $5MM in annual revenue, to large, Fortune 500 companies, with revenue well into the billions. Not only has Walker funded a wide array of transactions, but his customers come back to him time and time again with new deals. Having the freedom to work with all types and sizes of companies allows Walker to identify the right opportunities for CFP.

Walker has built a reputation for being highly effective when conveying the merits of a transaction to decision makers, underwriters and investors and has a thorough understanding of the process of documentation and funding.  The ownership of CFP looks forward to Walker’s contribution, at all stages, to create meaningful relationships and get deals funded.

Walker has previously held positions of Sr. Account Executive and Intermediary Relations Manager.  Prior to joining CFP, Brian worked at Mazuma Capital.
